Creekside Gahanna

This waterfront entertainment district in the heart of Olde Gahanna is built on a foundation of partnership and vision. Once underutilized real estate, Creekside is now a vertically-integrated, mixed-use development in a prime location where community activity abounds. This 240,000 sq. ft. development, financed through public-private partnership, contains more than 100,000 sq. ft. of retail and office, a 300+ space public parking structure, a 9,000 sq. ft. conference center, and 71 luxury residences. The focal point of the development, a unique public park, provides year-round dining and event space. Located in a flood plain, the entire development is surrounded by an underground slurry wall to prevent flooding and erosion.
