Kirk is the director of OHM Advisors’ site design group. He has more than 24 years of experience with public and private clients specializing in site development, management of multi-disciplinary projects, construction management and project delivery. Kirk completed his undergraduate studies earning bachelor’s degrees in both architecture and civil engineering, and he went on to obtain a master’s degree in civil engineering focusing on structures. Kirk’s experience also includes field work (land surveying and building/site assessments), design work (municipal engineering, storm water management analysis/design, structural evaluations, and transportation analysis/design) and construction work (construction management, equipment/material procurement, and site supervision).

Throughout his career, Kirk has leveraged his experience to aid corporate growth by expanding service capabilities to include institutional, mixed use, commercial and residential site development, providing senior technical leadership, mentoring, and management of teams of over a dozen professionals to complete projects throughout the country. He continues to work closely with private and public clients on a broad range of projects involving sites less than a half-acre to over 600 acres in size, K-12 schools and higher education facilities, and multi-mile road and utility projects.
