Nathaniel joined OHM Advisors in 2019 as the firm’s first Vice President of Finance and Administration to head the finance and IT teams and continue to propel the firm forward on its strategic growth path as Chief Financial Officer. He is integral in the creation and implementation of strategic firmwide business practices across the critical systems of finance, IT, legal and real estate. 

With an impressive professional career that includes more than twenty years of progressive experience in finance, construction and operations management, Nathaniel’s strengths lie in the development and implementation of core financial strategies, definition of corporate KPI’s, streamlining of operations while maximizing efficiency and providing superior quality, and driving bottom line organizational growth and profit expectations. His leadership and expertise are invaluable as the firm navigates new growth across multiple states, offices and professional disciplines.

Nathaniel holds professional licensures as a Residential Builder and Associate Real Estate Broker, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
