Based in the Toledo office of OHM Advisors, Tim joined the firm as a member of the Municipal Services Team in 2023. With more than three decades of roadway engineering, municipal infrastructure design, and construction administration experience for clients throughout Ohio, he provides local counsel to communities of all sizes while strengthening the firm’s capacity and serving in a management role for his office and staff.

As a principal, Tim provides complete project development assistance, including conceptual consultation, design, funding assistance, and construction administration services. He has extensive roadway experience with streets and highways, multi-use trails, traffic, drainage, parking lot and pavement design, as well as with construction administration, cost estimating, and detailed community plan development. His experience includes oversight of site plan development, surveys, relocation plans, and construction staking for utility companies.

While employed at a previous firm, Tim handled all transportation-related projects and activities and was the Engineer for several communities in Northwest Ohio and the surrounding area. He has worked with counties, cities, townships, villages, park districts, utility companies, and the Ohio Department of Transportation.
