Etna High Pointe

Located in Etna just east of downtown Columbus, Ohio near the new Amazon fulfillment center, the 220-acre Etna High Pointe project from T&R Properties, master planned and designed by OHM Advisors, will offer single family and multifamily residential as well as commercial and industrial facilities. The project design includes a 20-acre site with 228 “modern farmhouse” architectural style residential units and 22,000 sf of mixed-use space for commercial, retail, and amenities for the apartments. It also includes ten 2-story apartment buildings with attached garages. Outdoor amenities include a pool and pool house, flex-use lawn area, community garden, pond overlook/stage area, fire pit and dog park. OHM Advisors has performed master planning, zoning entitlements, landscape architecture design, signage and wayfinding design, and branding design services on the project. Construction is anticipated for 2023.
