New Healthcare Facility Supports Expanded Service Offerings and Patient Treatment Options to At-Risk Communities
The Heart of Ohio Family Health (HOFH) group is a nonprofit healthcare provider committed to providing high-quality, holistic and compassionate care to all people throughout diverse communities in Central Ohio. The group sought a new replacement facility in Whitehall to extend its ability to reach more people and expand its service offerings and patient treatment options to those in need.
HOFH worked with our OHM Advisors architecture team to design the new $7M facility located on East Main Street. The two-story, 25,000-sf office building is twice the size of the previous facility. It is named in memory of founding board member James B. Feibel and houses a medical pharmacy, substance abuse treatment center, OB-GYN office and dental clinic. The new facility can accommodate 4,000 to 5,000 patients per year and furthers HOFH’s mission to provide comprehensive, nurturing healthcare services in at-risk and underserved communities.
