Modern Hotel Brand Design Comes to Life in Bustling City Corridor
As part of the City of Dublin’s Bridge Street Corridor Plan, our OHM Advisors architecture team was engaged to design a four-story hotel with 129 guestrooms based on the Hilton HOME 2 brand—a modern, stylish brand focused on flexibility, convenience and value. The project was the first building to be built in the new gateway to historic downtown Dublin.
Our team created a custom layout for the hotel to safely accommodate space for pedestrian mobility in a busy entertainment and dining corridor. The exterior building design is a one-of-a-kind aesthetic desired by our client for its brand—a façade of traditional brick and stone presented in a fresh, modern way that fulfilled our client’s goals and met the challenging expectations of the local zoning and architectural review board.
The hotel’s 129 modern studio and one-bedroom guest suites are designed to be convenient and flexible, with swivel furniture and working walls providing ergonomic workspace and personal storage. On-site amenities include an indoor pool and fitness center, food service options, a modern, comfortable outdoor gathering area and patio and ample surface parking.
